Build on Linkbreakers

Your lead capture product. Our infrastructure.

Selling lead capture to real estate agents, car dealers, event organisers or retailers? Build it on Linkbreakers. Every scan becomes an identified lead with the context you choose, delivered through an API, webhooks and an MCP server.

The primitives

Lead capture infrastructure, not a QR code tool.

Six building blocks. No fixed lead model, no enforced pipeline: your product decides what a qualified lead is.

Links and QR codes

One per physical object: a sign, a car, a booth, a table. Each carries your own metadata (property ID, location, surface) and can be redesigned or rerouted after printing.

Workflows

Forms, conditions, routing, password gates and pages behind each link. You decide what to ask and how to qualify. Conditions can branch on anything the visitor already told you.

Visitors

One record per person across every code they scan. Identity (email, phone, name) plus free-form typed attributes. It is the lead, shaped the way your vertical needs.

Events and traces

Every scan, and every step the visitor went through on it, with what they answered or chose. The full history behind each lead.

Webhooks

The whole lead, pushed as it happens: identity, attributes, the link's metadata and tags, and the answers from this scan. No call back needed.

API, SDKs, MCP, CLI

REST and gRPC, SDKs in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java and Rust, an MCP server for AI assistants, and a CLI. Everything the dashboard does, your code can do.

From scan to lead

The sign knows which house they looked at.

Put the context on the link once. Every visitor who scans it arrives in your system already attached to the property, with whatever your workflow asked them.

1. A link per physical object
import { Configuration, LinksApi } from "linkbreakers";

const links = new LinksApi(new Configuration({
  accessToken: process.env.LINKBREAKERS_TOKEN,
}));

// One link per yard sign, carrying the property it stands for
const { link } = await links.linksServiceCreate({
  createLinkRequest: {
    destination: "https://youragency.com/listings/AMS-1943",
    name: "12 Keizersgracht, yard sign",
    metadata: { property_id: "AMS-1943", surface: "yard_sign" },
    tags: ["amsterdam-west"],
  },
});
2. The lead arrives in your system
// Every step a visitor completes is pushed to you
app.post("/linkbreakers", (req, res) => {
  const { event } = req.body;

  crm.upsertLead({
    email: event.visitor?.email,
    budget: event.visitor?.attributes?.budget,
    timeline: event.visitor?.attributes?.timeline,
    property: event.link?.metadata?.property_id,
    source: event.link?.metadata?.surface,
  });

  res.sendStatus(200);
});

Between the two, a workflow you build in the dashboard, through the API, or by describing it to the Assistant.

What people build

One infrastructure. Any vertical.

Each of these is the same set of primitives configured differently. Pick a niche you know and ship a product for it.

Real estate

A link on every sign and window card, carrying the listing ID. The workflow answers questions about that property, asks budget and timeline, and offers a viewing. The agent gets a qualified buyer, not a missed call.

Car dealerships

A code on every car on the lot, carrying the VIN. Visitors see the spec sheet, say whether they have a trade-in and when they want to buy, and book a test drive. Every car becomes a salesperson.

Events and trade shows

A code per booth, talk or badge. Ask what the visitor is evaluating and their company size, and send the lead to the exhibitor's CRM tagged with where they met.

Restaurants and hospitality

A code per table or location. Collect feedback, join the loyalty list, and recognise the same guest on their next visit across every location.

Retail and packaging

A code per shelf, product or package. Register the purchase, ask what they are looking for next, and know which store and product line brought them in.

Your niche

Gyms, universities, real estate developments, franchises. If people show intent in front of a physical object, the same primitives apply.

Vibe-code it

Describe your product. Your assistant builds it on us.

Connect your AI assistant to the Linkbreakers MCP server and describe the product you want to sell: the links, the qualification flow, where the leads go. It builds them as real objects in your workspace, then your code takes it from there.

  • MCP server: Claude, Cursor, Copilot and others drive your workspace
  • SDKs in five languages, generated from the same API
  • The in-product Assistant builds workflows from a description
Prompt

"For each of my 40 listings, create a QR code with the listing ID as metadata. Behind it, show the listing, ask budget, bedrooms and timeline, and if the budget fits, offer to book a viewing. Send every lead to my webhook."

White-label

Your clients see your product. Not ours.

Agencies and resellers serve every link on their own domain, with their own branding, and a separate workspace per client.

  • Your domain on every link and page
  • Your brand on QR codes and pages
  • A workspace per client, with its own team and analytics
White-label dashboard with custom branding and client workspaces
Dedicated engineer support for API integration

Going to production

You get an engineer. Not a help desk.

When you ship to clients at scale, a dedicated engineer who knows your setup helps you integrate and builds alongside your team.

  • A dedicated integration engineer
  • Leads routed to each client's CRM through webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n
  • Custom enterprise pricing for volume

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?
Anyone selling lead capture tied to the physical world: agencies, resellers, consultants and developers building a product for a niche such as real estate, automotive, events, hospitality or retail.
Do I have to follow a fixed lead model?
No. Visitor attributes are free-form key/value pairs with types (text, number, boolean, date, enum). You decide which ones exist, what your workflows ask, and what counts as qualified for your product.
How does the context of the physical object reach me?
Set metadata and tags on each link (a listing ID, a VIN, a booth number). They come back on the link through the API and inside every webhook, next to the visitor and their answers.
Can I build it without writing code?
Yes. The dashboard and the Assistant build links and workflows from a description, and Zapier, Make or n8n can move leads to a CRM. The API and SDKs are there when you want your own product around it.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Serve links on your own domain, brand the QR codes and pages, and give each client their own workspace.
How does pricing work if I resell it?
Start on any plan. For volume or white-label at scale, contact [email protected] for enterprise pricing.

Your niche needs lead capture. You don't need to build the infrastructure.
