What changed

We've moved from fixed QR code limits to a credit-based system. Instead of a hard cap on how many QR codes you can create each month, every QR code now costs platform credits. This gives you full control over how you spend your monthly budget.

Previously, each plan had a strict QR code limit — for example, the free plan allowed only 2 QR codes total. Now, your monthly credits are a shared pool you can use across QR codes, AI features, lead scoring, and more.

Why we made this change

The old system was rigid. If you hit your QR code limit, you were stuck — even if you had no use for other features included in your plan. The credit-based model lets you decide what matters most to your business.

It also opens the door for new features like AI-powered assistance, which will share the same credit pool. One currency, many uses.

What this means for each plan

Plan Monthly credits What you can do
Free 5,000 Create a few QR codes and try out platform features
Light 30,000 Run small campaigns with room for multiple QR codes and integrations
Pro 250,000 Power full-scale campaigns across hundreds of QR codes and advanced features
Enterprise Unlimited No limits — everything is included

Each QR code costs a set amount of credits. The exact cost may evolve over time as we add new features and refine the balance, but the principle stays the same: you choose how to spend your credits.

Top-up credits when you need them

If you run out of credits before the month resets, you can purchase additional credits directly from your workspace settings. Top-up credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them, even across billing cycles.

This is perfect for seasonal spikes or one-off campaigns where you need a little extra without committing to a higher plan.

Upgrading is always the better deal

Top-up credits are priced for convenience, not volume. If you find yourself topping up regularly, upgrading to the next plan gives you significantly more credits for less money. The platform will suggest this when it makes sense.

What happens to existing QR codes

Nothing changes for QR codes you've already created. They continue to work exactly as before. The credit system only applies to new QR code creation going forward.
