Short answer
Analytics dashboards are no longer one-per-workspace. Any link can now have its own dashboard, scoped to that link alone. Open a link's workflow, click Analytics, and Linky reads the workflow steps and proposes what's worth measuring before building anything.
What we shipped
Until now a workspace had a single analytics dashboard covering everything, with an optional QR code filter on top. That works for a broad overview, but it makes answering "how is this specific campaign doing?" a manual filtering exercise every time.
Dashboards that belong to a link
A dashboard can now be attached to a single link. When it is:
- Every widget on it is filtered to that link automatically, there is no filter to set and no way to accidentally read someone else's numbers into it.
- It gets its own page at the link, reachable in one click from the workflow editor.
- It shows up in the dashboard switcher on the Insights page alongside your workspace-wide dashboard.
Your existing workspace dashboard is untouched and keeps working exactly as before.
Linky proposes before it builds
The interesting part is what happens when a link has no dashboard yet. Click Analytics in the workflow editor and you are offered to build one with AI. Linky then:
- Reads the link and its workflow steps.
- Suggests concrete widgets tied to what it actually found, a form step becomes submissions over time, a multi-link page becomes which link gets clicked most, a condition step becomes how traffic splits across branches.
- Discusses the list with you. You add, drop, and refine.
- Only creates the dashboard once you have agreed on what goes on it.
Nothing is created behind your back. When the dashboard is ready, Linky offers a button straight to it.
After the first time
Once a link has a dashboard, the Analytics button stops asking and simply opens it.
Frequently asked questions
Does this change my existing dashboard?
No. Your workspace-wide dashboard keeps all its widgets and behaviour. Per-link dashboards are additional.
How many dashboards can a link have?
One. The Analytics button either opens the link's dashboard or offers to build it, there is never an ambiguous list to choose from.
Can I still filter the workspace dashboard by link?
Yes. The QR code filter on the Insights page is unchanged for the workspace-wide dashboard. It is hidden on link dashboards, which are already scoped.
What happens to a link's dashboard if I delete the link?
It is deleted with the link. A dashboard reporting on a link that no longer exists has nothing to show.
Can I edit a link dashboard after it's built?
Yes. Open it and use Edit Dashboard to talk to Linky the same way you would on the workspace dashboard, add, remove, or rearrange widgets.
