Short answer
Linkbreakers now sends email digests that summarize your workspace traffic over the past week or month. You choose the frequency in your workspace settings, and we send you the numbers so you don't have to check the dashboard every day.
What we shipped
Every workspace can now opt into a weekly or monthly email digest. The digest lands in your inbox with a summary of what happened across your links and QR codes during the period.
Each digest includes:
- Total visits for the period, with a percentage change compared to the previous period
- Top country by traffic volume
- Number of cities reached, with the change since last period
- A daily visits chart showing traffic distribution across the period
- Your top performing link and how many visits it received
At the bottom of each email there's a link to your full analytics dashboard if you want to dig deeper.
How to configure it
Head to Workspace Settings and look for the Email digest section. You'll see three options:
- None — no digest emails (default for existing workspaces)
- Weekly — sent every Monday, covering the previous 7 days
- Monthly — sent on the 1st of each month, covering the previous month
Pick the one that fits your workflow and save. Your preference applies to the entire workspace.
Why this matters
Not everyone has time to check dashboards daily. Digests give you a regular pulse on how your campaigns are performing without any effort. If something spikes or drops, you'll see it in the email and can investigate from there.
Weekly works well if you're actively running campaigns and want to stay close to the data. Monthly is better for longer-term tracking where you just want to confirm things are on track.
