# Linkbreakers Default

The original blue gradient style.

## About this theme

The gradient Linkbreakers ships with. A violet-to-indigo canvas behind a white card, sized so a headline, a line of body copy and a single call to action all sit comfortably above the fold on a phone.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is this the theme my links already use?

Yes. Every new link starts on this styling, so applying it explicitly is a way to reset a page you have edited back to the original look.

### Does the gradient work behind a cover image?

It does, though the gradient will mostly be hidden. Set the cover mode to progressive if you want the gradient to show through underneath.

### Will the white card work on a dark cover?

Yes. The card is opaque, so body text stays readable whatever sits behind it.
