## Trusted by universities, events and global brands.

## Packaging is printed once. What it does is not fixed.

Brands use Linkbreakers to turn a printed pack into a channel they still control.

### Ask, do not guess

A rating and one open question on the pack tells you what to fix, from the people who actually bought it.

### Keep the email

The scan can leave you a contact, so a one-off purchase becomes someone you can reach for the next launch.

### Re-point it later

Promotion now, recipes after, your Instagram when you want followers. The pack on the shelf never changes.

Feedback that arrives

## A review site tells you what strangers think. This tells you what buyers think.

Put a rating and a short question behind the code. People answer in the moment, holding the product, which is the only time the answer is accurate.

* Rating, choice and open comment
* Answers attached to a person, not a scan
* Export, webhook or straight to your CRM

One SKU, one code

## Which product, which market, which print run.

Bulk create a code per SKU or per batch and compare them on the same axes. You find out which line people actually scan, and which market cares.

* Bulk create a whole print run
* Scans by city, country and device
* Tag by SKU, batch or market

No recall

## The campaign ended. The jars are still out there.

A dynamic code points at a destination you own, so a finished promotion, a changed URL or an urgent notice is an edit rather than a reprint.

* Change the destination any time
* Route by country or language
* Print-ready export at any size

FAQ

## Frequently asked questions

Putting a code on a pack.

What should a QR code on product packaging actually do?

The useful ones do more than open a website: a short feedback form, a product registration, usage instructions or a reorder link. The point is to get something back, not only to send someone somewhere.

Can I change it after the packaging is printed?

Yes, with a dynamic code. The printed image stays the same and the destination behind it is yours to edit forever. See [dynamic versus static](https://linkbreakers.com/features/dynamic-qr-codes).

Can I use a different code per SKU?

Yes, and you should. Bulk create one per product, batch or market so each reports separately instead of one blended number.

Do people actually scan packaging?

They do when there is a reason on the pack. "Scan for recipes" or "tell us what you think" works; a bare code with no promise does not.

What data do I get?

Scans by place, device and time, repeat scanners, plus whatever the person chose to tell you. See [QR code analytics](https://linkbreakers.com/features/qr-code-analytics).

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Scan data is minimised, and a name or email is only ever stored when someone enters it themselves.
