Short answer
Agent is the first item in the dashboard menu. It opens a conversation with the agent that belongs to your workspace rather than to one link, and it has every capability the other assistants have put together. The menu stays on screen, so you can keep working while the conversation is open, and the thread is still there when you come back.
Quick summary
- One assistant with the full set of capabilities: links, workflows, page themes, QR code designs, analytics, visitors, and lead scores
- Nothing is preselected, so you name things the way you think of them and the agent finds them
- It can work on several links in one request, including creating a batch of them
- The conversation is saved per workspace and survives navigating away
- The eraser button next to the message box clears the conversation and the agent's memory of it
- It costs platform credits per exchange, exactly like the other AI assistants
What makes it different from the other assistants
Every other assistant in Linkbreakers is opened from the thing it works on. Create with AI is opened from the link creation screen and creates one link. The workflow assistant is opened from a workflow and edits that workflow. The dashboard assistant is opened from a dashboard and edits that dashboard. Each one is deliberately narrow, which is what makes it reliable: it cannot touch anything you did not open.
The Agent section removes that boundary. There is no resource attached to the conversation, so the first thing the agent does on most requests is work out what you are talking about. Say "the menu QR" and it searches your links for it. If exactly one link matches, it uses it and tells you which one, so a wrong guess is easy to correct. If several match, it shows you the candidates and asks you to pick. It never asks you for an id.
It plans, not just builds
You do not have to arrive with a specification. Most people arrive with a goal: more Google reviews, more sign-ups at an event, a campaign across six shops, fewer people abandoning halfway. Describe the goal and the agent works out what Linkbreakers can do about it before anything is created.
It asks only what changes the design, usually where the traffic comes from and what the visitor should end up doing, then proposes one flow with a reason for each step. A satisfaction question first, a branch on the answer, happy customers sent to your review page, unhappy ones into a private form you actually read. It names what it would measure afterwards and offers the dashboard for it, because a campaign nobody can read the results of is half built. Only when you agree does it start building.
Ask a specific question instead and you get a specific answer. "Add a phone field to the sign-up form" is an instruction, not a brief, and it will simply do it.
What you can ask for
Anything the other assistants can do, plus the things that only make sense across several resources:
- Create links, one or many. "Create a link per city for the spring campaign, all pointing at the same booking page."
- Build and repair workflows. Add a form, a password gate, a condition on device or country, and wire the branches. Ask it to check a workflow and it will report what is disconnected.
- Restyle. Apply a QR code template or a page theme preset, or describe the look you want. You can attach a screenshot of your website and ask it to match the colours.
- Read your numbers. "How did the review link do last week?" or "Which link gets the most scans on mobile?" It fetches the real figures and answers with them rather than guessing.
- Explain a visitor. Ask about a visit, what the person did, and why they scored the way they did.
How the conversation is kept
The thread is stored against your workspace, so it is exactly where you left it after you navigate away and come back. That is useful for a piece of work spread over a morning, and unhelpful when you want to start something unrelated: the agent carries everything said earlier into each new answer.
The eraser button next to the message box is the fix. It clears the messages and the assistant's memory of them, so the next message starts from nothing. Anything the agent already built stays exactly as it is: clearing the conversation never deletes a link, a widget, or a theme. The same button is available in every assistant in the app, not just this one.
Limits worth knowing
- It finds links by searching their name and shortlink, never their destination. A link called "link-4f2a" is one it cannot recognise from a description, so names are worth keeping meaningful.
- One conversation per workspace. There is no list of past threads to switch between, so clear it when you move to unrelated work.
- Each exchange costs platform credits, and a request that touches several links costs more than one that touches none. Your remaining credits are in the top bar.
- It works inside Linkbreakers only. It will decline anything unrelated to your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Agent section replace Create with AI?
No. Both are there. Create with AI is a focused flow for one new link and is still the quickest route when that is all you want. The Agent section is for everything else, and for anything that spans more than one link.
Can it delete things?
It can delete workflow steps while rebuilding a flow. For anything that creates or removes in bulk it lays out a plan first and waits for you to confirm before touching anything.
Does it work on links it did not create?
Yes. It reads your existing links, workflows, themes, and designs the same way it reads the ones it made.
Does it use credits?
Yes, the same platform credits as the other AI assistants, charged per exchange based on how much work the request takes. Your remaining credits are in the top bar.
Why did it pick the wrong link?
Because two of your links read alike to a search on name and shortlink. Tell it which one you meant, or rename the links so the difference is visible. The agent always says which link it used for exactly this reason.
Is the conversation shared with my team?
The conversation belongs to the workspace, so it is not private to one browser or one device.
