A visitor in Linkbreakers is a recognized client who scans a QR code and goes through the workflow system. Think of a visitor as a unified identity
that brings together all the interactions a person has with your campaigns, regardless of the device they use or the number of times they engage. It may be called the audience, identity, or customer in some CRMs; the idea is the same overall.

Visitors are identified by a unique identifier, such as an email address or phone number.
This identifier serves as the key that connects all of a person's activities across different devices and touchpoints. Whether someone scans your QR code on their phone, tablet, or any other device, Linkbreakers can recognize them as the same visitor if they provide the same contact information.
Visitor recognition happens in two primary ways.
As users progress through Linkbreakers' internal workflow system, they naturally provide identifying information at various
stages. This could be during sign-ups, form submissions, or other interactive elements within the platform's ecosystem.
For businesses with existing systems, visitors can be recognized through Linkbreakers' API. This allows you to connect visitor data from your own applications, websites, or third-party platforms, creating a comprehensive view of user interactions even outside the Linkbreakers environment.
